Yarrow tea is known to be beneficial for thinning mucus membranes, helps rid the body of waste, and relives cough.  It has been traditionally used to help regulate menstrual cycles and ease pain. 

Enjoy with lemon , honey, and/or maple syrup. 

Directions: Steep 1 teaspoons of tea in 8-12 ounces of hot water and enjoy up to twice daily.
