Directions: Steep 1-2 teaspoons in 8-12 ounces of hot water for 5-10 minutes and enjoy with honey, maple syrup, agave. 

Suggestions: For enhanced flavor mix in 1/2 tsp of cinnamon or turmeric and black pepper.
